Shauna Mattis is the Vice President of Finance at Transect. With over 14 years of leadership experience in accounting and finance, she specializes in building and scaling financial operations to support high-growth companies. 

Her expertise includes financial modeling, acquisition integration, and implementing processes, systems, and controls to drive operational efficiency and scalability. Shauna has a proven track record of developing finance teams and infrastructure that enable companies to achieve their growth objectives. 

Before joining Transect, Shauna served as Director of Finance Transformation, where she played a pivotal role in integrating eight acquisitions within two years and growing a high-performance finance team from 3 to 18.  Before that, she was a consultant serving customers from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
